PN. AINUR AZALIA BINTI AYOUB holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and obtained her Master’s Degree in Law Enforcement from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam in 2020. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology and Anthropology, with a research focus on the death penalty.
She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2013. Prior to establishing her own legal practice, she completed her pupilage at Messrs. Kanaga Suresh & Co. under the supervision of the late Dato’ Kanagasabapathi. During her pupilage, she gained extensive exposure to civil litigation, including medical negligence claims, insurance matters, and motor accident (“running down”) cases. To further enhance her practical legal skills, she actively participated in various professional workshops, including conveyancing, criminal litigation, and civil litigation workshops.
Before commencing her pupilage, Pn. Ainur Azalia underwent her legal attachment at Messrs. Haryati Deepak under the supervision of Ms. Intan Haryati, where she was involved in corporate legal work such as providing legal opinions for major corporations, handling intellectual property matters, and managing trademark registration procedures.
She also served as an in-house legal executive for a motor insurance claims company, an experience that strengthened her understanding of corporate operations and the practical demands of in-house legal management. Throughout her career, she has advised and represented corporate clients, including Merbau Jati, RHP Petrogas Corporation, Deleum Berhad, and Superbest Power.
Pn. Ainur Azalia has represented clients in high-profile civil and criminal litigation cases and has also acted as a legal advisor to political figures. Despite her approachable and professional demeanor, she has handled serious and complex matters, including high- profile cases involving the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), offences under Section 302 of the Penal Code, and Section 39B cases. Several of these cases received national media coverage, including television broadcasts, newspaper reports, and legal journals.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, Pn. Ainur Azalia is also conversant in Mandarin, enabling her to effectively engage with and advise Chinese-speaking clients.
PN. SYZANA SAFFA BINTI MUHAMMAD NADZRI is a qualified Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, having been admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 11 March 2022. She graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM).
She commenced her legal training by undergoing pupillage in the chambers of Messrs Azimah Azalia & Co., under the supervision of Pn. Ainur Azalia. During her pupillage, she gained substantial exposure to both civil and criminal litigation, actively assisting in legal research, drafting of pleadings, court documentation and case preparation at various stages of proceedings. Her experience during this period equipped her with a solid foundation in litigation practice and courtroom procedure.
Throughout her pupillage, Pn. Syzana demonstrated exceptional legal aptitude, strong analytical skills and a high level of professionalism. In recognition of her performance, commitment and contribution to the firm, at a young age she was subsequently offered a partnership position right after her long-call.
As a practicing lawyer and partner of the firm, Pn. Syzana’s areas of practice primarily focus on civil litigation especially focusing on accident cases with particular emphasis on corporate and commercial matters. Her portfolio includes handling business and commercial disputes, corporate and contractual advisory work, sale of goods transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, and defamation matters. She is known for her meticulous approach to legal analysis, strategic case management and client- focused solutions.

PN. NORSUHAIDA BINTI AHMAD graduated in year 2008 with a Bachelor in Law from International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in West Malaysia in 2009.
She was previously exposed mainly in banking litigation with vast experience in debt recovery process starting from commencement of action up to enforcement of judgment. During her employment with Messrs. Azim, Tunku Farik & Wong, she was exposed to medical legal cases representing hospitals institutions across west Malaysia. She also has gained experience in civil litigation including conveyancing matters during her employment with Messrs. Seah & Co.
Starting January 2024, she joined the Firm as Legal Associate focusing on civil litigation.
PN. NUR SYAHIRA BINTI MUHAMAD JAMIL began her legal career as a Pupil-in- Chamber at Messrs. Naim Mahmud, Faris & Nadia, where she honed her skills in drafting and vetting agreements, handling sub-sale transactions, and advising clients on various conveyancing matters.
She later advanced to a Legal Assistant role at Messrs. Nadia Jannah & Co., where she managed complex property transactions, including but not limited to sub-sales, refinances, remortgages, and tenancy agreements. She subsequently joined her practise in Messrs Azimah Azalia & Co. as Conveyancing Legal Assistant in 2025.
Syahira is proficient in solicitor's banking systems such as LPPSA (Juris Credit), RHB Bank (Flash), Bank Islam (Juris Credit), Maybank (eLDS), and Public Bank (PBe Solicitor). She also has extensive experience in land office procedures across multiple states in Malaysia. In addition to her legal work, she has actively conducted talks and training sessions on real estate transactions and legal processes.
EN. MUHAMMAD KHAIRUL ARIFF BIN RUSLAN graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Laws and Shariah (Hons) from Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). He completed his pupillage under the guidance of Pn. Ainur Azalia binti Ayoub at Messrs. Azimah Azalia & Co., where he gained extensive exposure to conveyancing, tenancy, renovation, and construction-related matters.
Since then, he has continued to serve at the same firm, steadily building his expertise in property transactions including sub-sale agreements, tenancy structuring, and legal documentation for renovation and construction projects. With a meticulous and client-centered approach, he ensures that each transaction is handled with precision, safeguarding clients’ interests at every stage.
In November 2024, he formally joined the firm as a Legal Associate focusing on conveyancing and property law. With a background in public performances and competitions, he has gradually developed confidence in client interactions and strives to communicate legal matters in a clear, approachable, and professional manner.
PN NOOR AZLEENA BINTI RAZALI graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2025.
She completed her pupilage at Messrs. Yu & Associates, where she was extensively involved in conveyancing practice. Her exposure covered a wide range of conveyancing matters, including sub-sale transactions, developer-related cases, and end-financing matters. She handled matters relating to the perfection of transfer and perfection of charge and discharge, refinancing transactions, as well as the preparation and review of tenancy agreements and related documentation.
Throughout her training and practice, she has dealt closely with various financial institutions in respect of loan and security documentation, including Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), and Public Bank.
Her experience includes liaising with banks, developers, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure transactions are completed in compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
Starting November 2025, she joined the Firm, where she continues to focus on conveyancing and property-related legal matters.
